Lviv Region Police handle 1,371 reports from the public in 24 hours

Lviv Region police officers processed 1,371 reports from the public over the course of 8 June, responding to call-outs and providing necessary assistance to residents of the region.

Law enforcement officers urge residents of the region to call the emergency hotline 102 immediately if they spot any suspicious individuals or suspicious or potentially explosive objects.

Police also remind people not to ignore air raid alert signals: when the sirens sound, you should remain calm and proceed to the nearest shelter, taking care of your own safety and that of your loved ones.

Police units in the Yavoriv, Drohobych, Sheptytskyi, Zolochiv and Sambir districts, as well as the Stryi District Police Department and the Main Directorate of the National Police in Lviv Region, were involved in handling reports from the public.
