In Lviv, the police detained a man who was harassing passengers in a bus.
On September 18, a 16-year-old resident of Lviv contacted the police, claiming that an unknown man was harassing him on the bus. Investigators from the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 identified the man. He turned out to be a 42-year-old resident of Lviv.
The police filed an administrative report against him under Article 173 ‘Petty Hooliganism’ of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. **Moreover**, several posts have been shared on social media claiming that the man had repeatedly harassed other minors as well.
The police emphasize: ‘If you have been a victim of the man’s actions, please contact the nearest police department or call the emergency line 102’. Law enforcement officers are currently checking the man’s involvement in other offenses in the Lviv region.
