In the centre of Lviv, law enforcement officers are clarifying the circumstances of a conflict during which an unknown man was beating someone who was lying on the ground. The incident became known on 17 June while social media were being monitored, where the police found the relevant video.
On this basis, officers of Lviv District Police Department No. 1 have launched an inquiry. At present, law enforcement officers are establishing the exact time of the incident, the individuals involved in the conflict, as well as the condition of the victim.
The police are asking members of the public who may have additional information about the incident to assist investigators in clarifying all the circumstances.
