Due to the repair of the border crossing in Dorohusk (Lublin Voivodeship), there will be significant traffic complications, the Nadbuzhansky branch of the Border Guard Service reported on Friday.
The work will last until November 14 this year.
Truck drivers have to reckon with more complicated traffic and longer waiting times to enter Poland.
The expected completion date for the reconstruction is November 14 this year. Until then, carriers should choose other border crossing points if possible.
The work and related difficulties will begin on Monday.
On Friday – according to Sup. Marzena Semeniuk from the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin, about 300 trucks were queuing to leave Poland for Ukraine through the Dorohusk border crossing, and the estimated waiting time to cross the border was 10-12 hours.
