Since the beginning of 2023, there have been 275 road accidents involving children on the roads of Lviv Oblast. Of them, 311 minors and 14 children were injured, unfortunately, they died.
We urge drivers in sleeping areas to reduce their speed in order to react in time if children suddenly run out onto the road.
Parents, don’t let minors drive, buckle up kids in cars, teach them to cross the road properly, and emphasize how to ride bikes and scooters safely.
We encourage parents to spend time learning the rules of road behavior with their children today, because this is the key to safety tomorrow.
