In Prykarpattia, a corruption scheme involving the illegal processing of military registration documents has been uncovered. An official from the district territorial recruitment and social support centre and his father have been arrested in connection with this case. This was reported by SpecprokuraturaZahidRegion.
According to the investigation, a lawyer from one of the centres in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, together with his father, organised a scheme allowing men to avoid mobilisation. For 900 US dollars per person, they promised to process the necessary documents without the clients’ personal presence at the TRC and SS.
To implement the scheme, they planned to influence officials to make the necessary decisions. They would then inform about the readiness of the documents, arrange the method of their delivery, and provide instructions on how to pay for their services.
