An official from Prykarpattia has found himself at the centre of a corruption scandal. A lieutenant colonel from one of the district territorial recruitment and social support centres (TCC and SS) is suspected of demanding and receiving improper benefits. This was reported by SpecprokuraturaZahidRegion.
According to investigation materials, the 36-year-old officer, while acting as the head of the district TCC, demanded $2000 from two men who wanted to ascertain the possibility of being deregistered from military service.
