Fire in the Village of Prybuzhany: Firefighters Prevent Spread of Flames

On the night of 9th April, a fire broke out in a brick and wooden outbuilding in the village of Prybuzhany, Lviv district. The report of the fire reached the firefighters at 00:45.

Fire and rescue units from the town of Kamianka-Buzka and the settlement of Dobrotvir promptly arrived at the scene. By the time they arrived, the building was already completely engulfed in flames, which were rapidly spreading through the wooden structures, causing heavy smoke.

There was a threat of the fire spreading to two nearby residential houses and another outbuilding. Thanks to the efforts of seven firefighters and two units of special equipment, the fire was localised by 02:07 and fully extinguished by 03:39. Fortunately, no one was injured. The causes of the fire are currently being investigated by specialists.
