Prosecutor’s Office Returned Over 35 Hectares of Land to the Zolochiv Community

In the Zolochiv region, the prosecutor’s office achieved the return of a land plot of over 35 hectares to the ownership of the community. The Commercial Court of the Lviv Region ruled in favor of the community of the Busk Territorial Community of the Zolochiv District, recognizing the improper use of the land plot. The company did not comply with the lease agreement conditions, using the land not according to its designated purpose and systematically avoiding paying the rent. This land was allocated for farming purposes, but the tenant did not fulfill its obligations. The court supported the prosecutor’s arguments and satisfied the claim, allowing the lease agreement to be terminated and the land to be returned to communal ownership.
