The court satisfied the prosecution’s claim for the return of the land plot in the village to state ownership. Bryukhovychi worth more than UAH 2 million
The Shevchenkiv District Court of Lviv upheld the lawsuit of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office for the return to state ownership of the illegally transferred land plot worth more than 2 million.
It was established that the former head of one of the territorial communities drew up and issued a knowingly false official document – a state act on the right of private ownership of land. As a result, a plot of land intended for forestry was illegally removed.
We are talking about land with an area of 0.15 hectares, located in the village of Bryukhovychi.
The court ordered the land plot to be returned to state ownership.
