The court upheld the lawsuit of the Pustomytov district prosecutor’s office. A decision was made to terminate the land lease agreement and to return it to the territorial community.
We are talking about a land plot worth UAH 21 million, which is located on the territory of the Velikolubinsk Territorial Community. Its area is over 6 hectares.
It was established that in 2020, the company acquired the right to lease an agricultural plot of land as a result of the auction. The type of land is pasture. Therefore, the specified land plot had an underestimated estimated value and corresponding rental payments.
However, later, the business entity illegally plowed the specified lands and used them to grow grain crops.
Under these circumstances, the court agreed with the prosecutor’s arguments about the existence of grounds for satisfying the claim in the interests of the state.
