The Frankiv district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv established that in 2020 – on the eve of the termination of its powers – the Ryasne-Ruska village council illegally transferred a number of land plots to the private ownership of cooperatives.
Therefore, during September of this year, prosecutors filed 7 lawsuits against one of the cooperatives for the return of 7 plots of land to communal ownership.
Their total area is almost 1 hectare, the cost is more than 7 million hryvnias.
In total, the prosecutor’s office presented 13 lawsuits for the return of land parcels that were illegally disposed of by the Ryasne-Ruska village council. Their area is 21.5 hectares, the cost is over UAH 714 million.
