Prosecutors of the Stryi district prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit with the Economic Court of Lviv region for the termination of lease agreements and the return of land plots with a total value of over UAH 77 million.
It was established that the company leased land plots with a total area of 9 hectares, located outside the settlement on the territory of the Skoliv territorial community of the Stryi district of the Lviv region, for the construction of wind power plants.
The reason for the prosecutor’s appeal to the court was the tenant’s failure to fulfill his obligations under 9 land lease agreements and systematic non-payment of rent.
