On behalf of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the Commercial Court satisfied the claim of the Stryi District Prosecutor’s Office against an individual entrepreneur. The court decision terminated the real estate lease agreement, obliged to return it to communal ownership and collected rent arrears.
We are talking about a part of the premises of the People’s House “Prosvita” with a total area of almost 700 square meters. The latter is located within the boundaries of the Koziv Territorial Community of the Stryi District.
The prosecutor’s office established that a lease agreement for non-residential premises was concluded between the village council and the defendant. Contrary to the law, the entrepreneur systematically did not pay rent for the use of real estate.
As a result of such actions, the local budget did not receive a significant amount of funds.
Therefore, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.
