The commercial court of the Lviv region opened proceedings on the claim of the Yavoriv district prosecutor’s office. The latter demand to claim a protective structure of civil protection from the illegal possession of the joint-stock company.
We are talking about premises with a total area of more than 21 square meters, which is located in the Yavoriv district. According to the technical passport, it can accommodate 30 people.
It was established that the company illegally appropriated this object of civil protection by privatizing real estate. Currently, the radiation shelter remains limited ready for intended use.
The trial is ongoing.
