The Frankiv district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv ensured the real implementation of the court decision and returned the non-residential premises in the center of Lviv to the city community.
We are talking about the basement premises with a total area of almost 75 square meters, located within the historical area and taken under the protection of UNESCO. The estimated cost of the latter is almost UAH 15 million.
As we wrote earlier, in October 2022, the court satisfied the prosecutor’s claim against a natural person to claim someone else’s illegal possession of a real estate object, namely basement premises, which in fact did not belong to her.
The court’s decision has been implemented, the premises have been registered in favor of the territorial community under the right of communal ownership.
