The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the real implementation of the decision of the Economic Court of the Lviv Region. According to the latter, the lease agreement with the business entity was terminated and the land plot was returned to the territorial community.
We are talking about land with a total area of more than 17 hectares. The latter are outside one of the villages of the Zolochiv district.
It was established that the company, in violation of the terms of the contract, used the agricultural plot of land as arable land, not hayfields.
The court decision has been implemented, information has been entered in the State Register of Real Property Rights and the land plot has been returned to communal ownership.
