According to this fact, the border guards informed the competent law enforcement agencies and sent a report on the detection of signs of a crime under Art. 201 of the Criminal Code “Smuggling” and Art. 305 of the Criminal Code “Smuggling of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, their analogues or precursors or falsified drugs.”

The man never got to Poland, his border guards handed him over to the SBU. The “finds” were found and the car was confiscated.
