Police officers from Department No. 3 of Lviv District Police Division No. 2 of the National Police in Lviv region have declared Mark Kostiantynovych Alekseyenko, born in 2001, wanted.
The man is accused of committing serious crimes under:

Part 4 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — extortion committed in especially large amounts or by an organized group;

Part 3 of Article 146 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine — unlawful imprisonment or abduction of a person under aggravating circumstances.
Authorities are urging anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspect to immediately contact the emergency hotline at 102.
