Recent reports indicate that the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) has noted that the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) is employing a new strategy for recruiting individuals to perform terrorist acts in public areas. According to the information, the FSB uses recruits to plant explosives and then eliminates them as potential witnesses to their actions.
Citizens who are attempted to be recruited for criminal activities are advised to refuse and immediately contact the security service through a special chatbot ‘Burn the FSB agent’, located at t.me/spaly_fsb_bot, where they can report the incidents and document evidence.
The SBU assures full confidentiality of all reports and guarantees detailed examination by law enforcement agencies.
According to the service, the most important thing is not to succumb to the promises of hostile agencies, but instead work on preventing these detrimental plans for Ukraine.
