
The traffic accident happened on January 10 at around 11:30 a.m. on the highway “Kyiv-Chop” near the village of Chishki.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, the “VAN HOOL” bus, which was carrying out transportation along the “Kyiv-Khust” route, driven by a 39-year-old resident of Kherson and a car: “Skoda Octavia”, driven by a 36-year-old resident of Shepetivka, collided. “Dacia Lodgy” driven by a 44-year-old resident of Rivne and “Mini Cooper” driven by a 38-year-old resident of Mukachevo. All vehicles were moving in the same direction.
As a result of the collision, six people sought medical help: the driver of the “Dacia Lodgy” and two of her passengers – aged 7 and 68, as well as three passengers of the “Skoda Octavia” – two children aged 7 and 10 and a 43-year-old woman. Doctors are now diagnosing them.
An investigative team is working at the scene, law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the accident, and the issue of the legal qualification of the event is being resolved.
