The court in the Lviv region has ordered a company to pay the full amount of its development contribution towards the infrastructure of the locality.
According to the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, this outcome was achieved thanks to the representative activities of the office, which brought the case to court in the interests of the state.
