Under the procedural supervision of the Halych District Prosecutor’s Office in Lviv, indictments against two doctors of a medical institution and an associate professor of a department of an educational institution were sent to court.

The investigation established that the defendants organized a scheme to obtain illegal benefits from a person liable for military service.
To do this, the doctors placed the “client” for allegedly inpatient treatment and drew up fictitious medical documentation for him. The medical examination was conducted by a scientist who was authorized to perform medical work. After that, the woman drew up a false document, in which she allegedly indicated the presence of signs of the disease. The price of the service was 300 USD per person.
