An organized group in the Lviv region will be tried for the illegal transfer of men abroad.
The investigation revealed that three residents of the Stryi district created a scheme for those eligible for military service. They assisted them in being fictitiously employed as drivers to leave Ukraine. This occurred during martial law without any legal grounds.
*After submitting applications to the ‘Shlyakh’ information system and their approval, the group members produced the necessary document packages*, – investigators note.
The men were formally hired, provided with exit through the checkpoints of the Lviv and Zakarpattia regions. The cost of such services ranged from 18 to 21.5 thousand US dollars per client.
*The public prosecution will be supported by prosecutors from the Specialized Defense Prosecution of the Western Region.*
