At a meeting of the administrative commission under the executive committee of Drohobych City Council, two cases concerning breaches of the Rules for the Improvement of the Community Territory were considered. Both incidents related to improper disposal of household waste at container sites.
Following consideration of the reports, the commission adopted two rulings imposing administrative penalties. The amount of the fines was set within the range of 20 to 40 tax-exempt minimum incomes of citizens.
According to the rulings, the offenders must pay the fines within 15 days of receiving the document. Proof of payment must be submitted to the administrative commission under the executive committee of Drohobych City Council.
The community reminds residents of their obligation to comply with the rules for the upkeep of public spaces and to handle household waste correctly. Disposing of rubbish only in designated places is an important condition for maintaining cleanliness, order and an appropriate sanitary condition throughout the Drohobych community.
Residents are urged to comply with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine and the “Rules for the Improvement of the Territory of the Settlements of the Drohobych City Territorial Community” in order to avoid administrative liability.
