Patrol officers detained suspects in a robbery on Chervonoyi Kalyn Avenue.
Yesterday, around midnight, patrol officers received a call about a robbery on Chervonoyi Kalyn Avenue. According to the complainant, unknown men approached her group, initiated a conflict, and after inflicting physical injuries on all three, took her mobile phone.
The victims were hospitalized. During the area inspection, patrol officers discovered a Volkswagen Transporter vehicle which might have contained the individuals involved in the said incident. One of the men was found with the victim’s phone. An investigative team was called to the scene. In the presence of witnesses, physical evidence was seized. A 27-year-old man was detained under Article 208 (‘Detention by an Authorized Person’) of the CPC of Ukraine. Other participants of the event were escorted to the police department to establish the circumstances.
The preliminary qualification of the event is under Part 4 of Article 186 (‘Robbery committed under martial law conditions’) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
