The other day, on Sykhivska Street, a patrol car found the driver of a Yamaha R6 motorcycle who violated traffic rules
The 25-year-old man did not have any documents for the vehicle, moreover, he was deprived of the right to drive for decades.
And all because of numerous trips under the influence of alcohol, including drug intoxication. He already had a 15-day administrative arrest for this violation. In total, the Lviv resident has more than 80 fines for traffic violations.
He was sentenced under Part 4 of Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle by a person deprived of the right to drive vehicles) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The fine is 20,400 hryvnias.
The motorcycle was evacuated to the arrest site.
