The traffic accident occurred on June 6, around 4:50 p.m., in the village of Pasyky Zubrytskyi, Lviv district.
As previously determined by the law enforcement officers, there was a collision between an Audi Q7 car driven by a 34-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Lviv district and a Kovi max 300 motorcycle driven by a 22-year-old Lviv resident.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the two-wheeler was injured and hospitalized.
According to the fact, investigators of police department No. 3 of Lviv district police department No. 2 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty stipulated by the article is up to three years of imprisonment with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to three years.
