Patrol Officers Detain Theft Suspect Before Victim Reports Incident
Recently, on Torf’iana Street, patrol officers noticed a man with an open woman’s backpack, which he did not have during a previous preventive ‘surface check’.
The crew stopped the citizen and found women’s items inside the backpack. Shortly after, a victim called the 102 line to report that her belongings were stolen in a gym.
Police Actions
An investigative-operative group was called to the scene. The 44-year-old faces criminal charges.
