In Lviv, a Man Threw a Television from the Sixth Floor

An incident occurred in Lviv when a 40-year-old resident of the village of Solonka threw a television out of a sixth-floor apartment window. The television landed on the roof of a parked Peugeot 308, damaging it.

The event took place on 30 March at around 10:00 on Kulparkivska Street. A police investigation team from Police Department No.1 of Lviv District Police Administration No.2 and officers from the Patrol Police Department of Lviv Region were dispatched to the scene.

The authorities established that the television was thrown by a guest of the 65-year-old apartment owner during a conflict, while both were intoxicated. An administrative protocol was drawn up against the offender under Article 173 (Petty Hooliganism) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.

The penalties for this offence include a fine, community service, or administrative arrest. The court will determine the final punishment.
