A tragic murder took place in Lviv, for which a local resident is suspected. The incident occurred on 22 April in one of the flats on Patriarch Lubomyr Husar Street. Following a conflict, the perpetrator inflicted multiple blows on an acquaintance, who died on the spot.
As reported by the police, the 43-year-old suspect has been notified of suspicion of committing intentional grievous bodily harm, punishable by imprisonment for seven to ten years.
Officers from the criminal police and investigators from the Lviv District Police Department No.1 have been involved in the case. The court has decided on preventive detention for the suspect without the possibility of bail. The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
