A road traffic accident occurred on Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue in Lviv, resulting in injuries to two individuals. The incident took place on 2 April at approximately 17:20.
According to preliminary data, a Renault Master driven by a 21-year-old Lviv resident collided with a VAZ driven by a 50-year-old woman from Lviv. As a result of the accident, the female driver of the car and her three-year-old passenger sustained bodily injuries and were taken to medical facilities.
Investigators from Police Department No. 2 of the Lviv District Administration have opened a criminal case under part 1 of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for a restriction of liberty for up to three years with the deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for the same period. Law enforcement officers continue to establish the circumstances of the incident.
