On Liubinska Street in Lviv, patrol police officers stopped a learner vehicle and recorded a violation by the driving instructor.
During the inspection, law enforcement officers noticed that the instructor was not wearing a fastened seat belt. The man tried to justify himself and asked not to be held liable.
The police officers stressed that a driving instructor must set an example for the student, as his behaviour has a long-term impact on the formation of the future driver’s habits.
