On Naukova Street in Lviv, patrol police officers stopped a learner vehicle whose instructor was driving without wearing a seat belt.
After being stopped, the driving instructor began to behave aggressively and insisted that the offence was not serious.
The patrol police remind the public that all traffic regulations are mandatory and are aimed at ensuring the safety of all road users.
