In Lviv, at the junction of Pid Dubom and Zamarstynivska streets, a road traffic collision occurred in which the driver of a minivan and five bus passengers were injured.
The collision happened on 12 June at around 09:20. According to preliminary police reports, a Citroen Berlingo driven by a 62-year-old man and an Ataman bus driven by a 72-year-old man collided. After the impact, the route bus crashed into a stone wall.
As a result of the collision, the minivan driver and five bus passengers sustained bodily injuries and were taken to medical facilities. The personal details of those involved and the diagnoses of the injured are being clarified.
At the scene, an investigative team from Lviv District Police Department No. 1, officers of the Patrol Police Department of Lviv Region and other specialised services are working. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the collision, and the issue of the legal classification of the incident is being decided.
