A short circuit in the power grid without subsequent combustion was recorded at a transformer electrical substation on Chervonoi Kalyny Avenue in Lviv. Information about smoke in the electrical switchboard was received on 17 August at 15:54.
Rescuers, police and power service employees went to the scene, inspected the substation premises and the source of the smoke.
There were no casualties as a result of the incident.
