An explosion occurred in a flat located on the 8th floor of a residential building on Yurii Lypy Street in Lviv. As a result of the explosion, a wall was damaged, revealing another room. Specialists from the State Emergency Service and law enforcement agencies are currently at the scene investigating the causes of the incident.
In the flat where the explosion occurred, the body of a man was discovered without signs of life. According to the Shevchenkivskyi District Administration, the explosion damaged the wall between the rooms, causing cracks and plaster delamination.
The cause of the explosion is currently being determined by the authorities. At the scene, an investigation is underway, with representatives from the police and the State Emergency Service present.
