In Lviv, a Passenger Attacked a Ticket Inspector, Detained by a Soldier

An incident occurred in Lviv during a ticket inspection on bus No. 61. One of the passengers refused to show a travel document and did not respond to the inspectors’ requests. As he was leaving the bus, he suddenly attacked one of the inspectors, grabbing his clothing and knocking him to the ground.

A soldier was nearby at the stop and witnessed the event. He, along with the inspector’s colleague, quickly intervened, restrained the offender, and held him until the police arrived. All participants in the incident were invited to the police station to clarify the circumstances.

The LCP “Lvivavtodor” emphasises that unlawful actions are subject to administrative or criminal liability. Passengers are urged to adhere to travel rules and respect the work of inspectors.
