In Lviv, on Dozvilna Street, patrol officers provided first aid to a 30-year-old man with a head injury. The incident was reported by a concerned resident who heard a loud sound of a fall, went outside and saw the injured man.
The caller phoned the 112 hotline, after which all the necessary services were dispatched to the scene. The first to arrive were patrol officers Oleksandr Savitskyi and Yurii Bavdys.
The officers applied a pressure bandage to the wound and stopped the bleeding, and kept talking to the casualty until the medics arrived. The 30-year-old man was then taken to hospital.
