On the evening of 23 October in Lviv, on Roksoliany Street, rescuers freed cats that had fallen into a collector and were unable to get out on their own. A woman who called the rescue service for help reported the incident at 20:06.
According to the rescuers, the animals ended up in a collector about 4 metres deep. An on-duty crew arrived at the scene and, using an extension ladder, carefully lifted the cats out of the trap.
After the rescue, the animals were handed over to the caller. The State Emergency Service emphasises that every life is important, even when it concerns four-legged pets.
