In the city of Lviv, a fire broke out in a warehouse building on Vuletska Street. The report of the blaze reached the emergency services today at 10:51.
According to the rescue service, at 15:34 firefighters managed to contain the spread of the fire. While working at the scene, rescuers discovered the bodies of three people who had died.
By 21:37 the fire had been completely extinguished. A total of 96 rescuers and 23 units of specialised equipment were involved in tackling the blaze.
