During the identification, the police established that the man had been repeatedly seized with narcotic substances. The inspectors decided on a surface inspection.
A 25-year-old man was found in possession of 21 zip-top bags containing plant-derived substances similar to marijuana, which was confirmed by a citizen.
An investigative team was called to the scene. In the presence of the witnesses, the substances were removed for examination. The man was accompanied to the police department to establish the circumstances.
