Controllers of LKP “Lvivavtodor” discovered a passenger in the tram with signs of drug intoxication, who was carrying a machine gun belt without bullets and a toy gun.

The incident happened on January 18, in tram No. 8. The controllers of the enterprise drew attention to a suspicious man who was behaving strangely, a machine-gun belt and an object similar to a gun could be seen from his bag.
Employees of “Lvivavtodor” LKP took the person out at the nearest bus stop on Franka Square. The controllers saw police officers nearby, turned to them for help and handed over the suspicious passenger to find out all the circumstances. Law enforcement officers found an object similar to a pistol, a machine gun belt without bullets, syringes and ampoules with unknown substances in the man’s possession. After checking, the gun turned out to be a toy gun.
“Once again, the employees of Lvivavtodor LKP show their concern and stand guard over the safety of the city. After the start of the war, in the spring of 2022, three times we identified suspicious persons who may be involved in the activities of sabotage and intelligence groups of the Russian Federation. Last summer, controllers helped a 68-year-old grandfather who got lost and did not know where he was or where his home was. At the beginning of this year, our employees helped an unconscious man,” Lvivavtodor LKP noted.
