In Lviv, a 22-year-old local woman sustained minor bodily injuries during a confrontation on Shpytalna Street. The incident took place on 15 July at around 14:45.
According to Lviv District Police Department No.1, the woman was injured as a result of a conflict with a alert group.
On this basis, police investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (intentional minor bodily injury).
The sanction under this article provides for a penalty in the form of a fine of up to fifty tax-free minimum incomes of citizens, or community service for up to two hundred hours, or correctional labour for up to one year.
Pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
