The traffic accident happened on June 4 at 11:15 a.m. on Shevchenko Street
As previously determined by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the ZAZ Lanos car, a 46-year-old woman from Lviv, hit a woman pedestrian, also a 57-year-old resident of Lviv. As a result of the collision, the victim received bodily injuries and was taken to the hospital.
According to the fact, the investigators of the Police Department No. 1 of the Lviv District Police Department No. 1 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
An investigation is underway, law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
