On Pasichna Street in Lviv, the driver of a Kia Soul drove through a red traffic light at the moment when other road users had stopped for a minute of silence.
The offence was recorded during social media monitoring based on a video of the incident.
Shortly afterwards, law enforcement officers identified and stopped the driver. The incident was dealt with in accordance with current legislation.
