An accident occurred in Lviv, resulting in the injury of an electric scooter driver.
The incident happened on May 19th around 06:20 on Shevchenko Street. According to preliminary data, the driver of a Mercedes-Benz car, a 28-year-old resident of Lviv, collided with the electric scooter driven by a 28-year-old Lviv resident.
As a result of the accident, the electric scooter driver sustained bodily injuries and was taken to the hospital. Investigators have opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for imprisonment for up to three years.
Law enforcement officers continue to establish the circumstances of the incident.
