In Lviv, a driver hit a woman with a baby and fled the scene
On 20 June, at around 1pm, at the intersection of Lukasz-Ostrogradskih streets, a driver driving a Mazda hit a woman with a stroller carrying a baby and fled the scene. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The patrol policemen who responded to the call drew up the materials of the accident and handed them over to our accident investigation and processing department.
Inspectors of the above-mentioned department used surveillance cameras to identify and track down the 20-year-old leader.
The inspectors drew up two reports against the culprit under Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident) and Art. 122-4 (Leaving the scene of an accident), and issued a resolution under Part 1 of Art. 126 (Lack of compulsory insurance policy) of the Administrative Code.
