Yesterday evening, inspectors received information about a driver operating a vehicle without the right to drive. On Vyhovskoho Street, they stopped the car. Upon checking the documents, it was revealed that the 32-year-old driver had been deprived of his driving rights in 2020, did not have car documents, and showed signs of narcotic intoxication.
At the medical facility, before the examination, the man filled his mouth with water and attempted to fill the test container with it. **The inspectors reacted in time**. The driver was offered to provide a biological sample again, but he refused.
