
An concerned citizen helped identify the culprit of the traffic accident on Dnisterska Street.
Recently, patrol officers received a report of a traffic accident where an unknown driver hit a parked Hyundai Tucson and left the scene. A note from a witness with the details of the vehicle, presumably involved in the incident, was found on the windshield of the car. The patrol officers documented the necessary materials and forwarded them for further processing.
The Traffic Accident Investigation and Processing Unit found the driver. A 67-year-old offender was charged by patrol officers with: a protocol for Art. 124 (Traffic violation that led to an accident) of the Code of Administrative Offenses, a protocol for Art. 122-4 (Leaving the scene of an accident) of the Code of Administrative Offenses, and issued a notice for Part 1 Art. 126 (Lack of compulsory insurance policy) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
